In 2012 we decided to get a puppy to join our family. After a lot of research, and having a background of over 15 years in veterinary nursing, I decided that a cocker spaniel would be the perfect choice. We met Lottie and her breeders when she was 4 weeks old and we knew she was the one for us.

First time we meet Lottie, with her breeder at 4 weeks old

First day home with us at 8 weeks old, a very tiring day for her.

As a young puppy Lottie always played gently with our three children. She enjoyed running over the meadows and was very sociable with other people and animals. Over the following years, Lottie blosssomed into a loving, confident

cocker spaniel.

In 2014, we thought it would be a lovely experience for the whole family to have a litter of puppies. We wanted to ensure that the puppies would be healthy, so after lots of research regarding health conditions that can affect cocker spaniels, we had Lottie DNA tested. The results came back clear for both PRA and FN. We also made sure that the stud dog was also DNA tested.

Lottie with her first litter of 5 beautiful little girls.

In April 2014 Lottie had her first litter. She was a fantastic mum and very happy to show off her 5 beautiful baby girls. As  responsible owners, we made sure that all the puppies were thoroughly checked by our vet, were regularly handled and, as they grew, introduced to different sights and sounds. At 8 weeks old they were confident, happy and well socialised young dogs ready to start on their next adventure with their new families. We continue to stay in touch with their owners and they are all very happy, healthy dogs. Please read the lovely testimonials we have received.
